Watermelon For a Healthy Heart - Watermelon is one of the favorite fruit of many people. Tastes sweet and made fresh because it contains a lot of water. And watermelon is also one of the fruits that are beneficial to health, especially for heart health.

According to research, eating watermelon is good for people with hypertension. Because eating this fruit may help reduce high blood pressure. High blood pressure can lead to heart disease and stroke risk.
