This article is a continuation of "How to Get Lighter Skin Naturally" (see here). If previously I have discussed how to use potatoes, papaya, and cucumber to make skin brighter. So this time I added two more ways to get lighter skin naturally. What are they?

Rice

Rice has long recognized as the beauty secrets of Asian women. Combined with milk, rice can be a natural face lightening ingredients. Mashed rice to a powder then mix with milk or water until thick enough. Apply to the face such as wearing masks. Let stand 15-20 minutes then wash with cold water. Rice has a high content of PABA (para aminobenzoic acid). PABA can serve as a good sunblock. In addition, rice also contains ferulis acid that act as antioxidants and allantonin that can accelerate the process of skin repair.

Tomato

The content of lycopene in tomatoes serves as a natural skin lightening. Eating tomatoes could also reduce the skin's sensitivity to UV rays that could damage the skin. The content of lycopene in tomatoes could make the skin brighter, protected from free radicals, and increase the production of a natural sunblock to the skin.

In addition, tomatoes can also be used to lighten underarm skin. The trick, cut the tomatoes in half and then rubbed in a circular motion in the underarm. Do this for 15 minutes then wash. This ritual can be done every day.

As for the the face, grated tomatoes applied to the face as a mask. Let it dry and repeat to form three layers. Let stand for 20 minutes then wash with cold water. Do this treatment on a regular basis for maximum results.
