early signs of pregnancy
For those of you who are expecting pregnancy, and haven't had time to see a gynecologist, perhaps this article can help you to recognize early symptoms of pregnancy.

Headache
Headaches can be a sign of early pregnancy, this is caused by hormonal changes. If you are worried, and you think you are pregnant, so be careful when taking painkillers. Look for medicines that contain paracetamol and have green circle marks.

Back pain
If you've never experienced back pain, there is a possibility you are pregnant and having problems in the ligament. Please understand, if you will experience this during pregnancy. Along with the growing pregnancy, your body's center of gravity will also change.

Cramp
Is this a symptom of menstruation or pregnancy? It is difficult to distinguish. However, if you feel the cramps in your lower abdomen, just maybe this is a sign if the uterus is preparing itself to receive a baby.

Increased or decreased appetite
Suddenly you always want to eat salad or fish makes you queasy. When you begin to have problems with food, maybe your body is telling you that you are pregnant.

Constipation or enlarged stomach
You feel if your pants start to feel cramped. If you start to feel your body a little bigger, or you have difficulty defecating, it may have been associated with an increase in progesterone hormone. This hormone is lower digestive system. And this is also a sign if you are pregnant.
