the terms that used in beauty products
For those of you who have sensitive skin it should be more careful in choosing beauty products. Allergic reactions due to wrong choice of beauty products can damage your skin. Many terms are used in beauty products on the market. All you need to consider include :

Hypoallergenic
For those of you who often having allergy symptoms such as itching, redness, burning sensation on the skin, or other allergic reactions, this label should be noted. The product will be labeled hypoallergenic if it passes the test to various types of skin allergies. Each of the materials to be used will be tested to see an allergic reaction. The best materials are used to reduce allergic skin reactions.

Although it is difficult to prevent all types of skin allergies, but the majority of common allergic complaints have been tried on this product. There is no product that really guarantee there will be no allergic reaction, but at least those of you who have sensitive skin can choose a product with this label to reduce the risk of skin irritation.

Oil-free & Mineral Oil
Products labeled "oil free" contain oil (lanolin) very little or none at all. For oily skin that are vulnerable to acne, use of these products can reduce the risk of acne. But for dry skin, never use beauty products labeled oil-free.

Mineral oil that often written in the make-up material is a light oil-based petroleum. Commonly used in lip moisturizer products. Excessive use of products that contain mineral oil can disrupt the body's natural moisture and less good for sensitive skin.

No similar effect on the cosmetic to different people. Before deciding to use a product for the long term you should do a little experiment first. Visit the make-up store and apply a little product that you select in your hands. Wait 24 hours to see the reaction. If there is a reaction to irritation or skin disorder, you should consult to dermatologist to choose the right product for you.

beauty products for sensitive skin
Naturally sensitive skin requires special attention. Choosing the wrong beauty products can be fatal such as skin irritation, acne or other skin disorders.

There are many terms in the make-up products on the market. Starting from hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, until the term non-comedogenic. Which one is right for sensitive skin?

Fragrance-free & Unscented
Some products for sensitive skin is also often display a label "fragrance-free". While the product "unscented" means without scent. Well be careful to distinguish between them. "Fragrance-free" means containing no artificial fragrance, while the "unscented" may be using materials that eliminate the smell of perfumes or fragrances. So the "unscented" are not necessarily free of perfumes or fragrances.

Why is this important? Some skins have allergic reactions to artificial fragrances contained in beauty products. Not just make-up, products such as shampoo, soap, and moisturizers also often contain perfumes or fragrances.

Artificial fragrance has a different reaction in each person. Allergies, such as itching, redness on the skin, or other allergic disorders are common allergic reactions to artificial fragrances. Artificial fragrances are the five major causes of allergies in the world. Besides having adverse effects on sensitive skin, in certain people, artificial fragrances can also disturb the brain and nervous system. Dizziness or shortness of breath is one of the symptoms that arise due to this substance.

Non-comedogenic
Especially for the skin prone to comedones, these products should be considered. Products with this label means, has been tested on oily skin, which is more prone to comedones. Comedones can appear due to clogged pores of the skin by using make-up. Generally more common in oily skin.
The product is claimed to be low-risk causes comedones, blackhead or whitehead. However, the effects of these products on each skin is different. For very oily skin, you can still experience the onset of comedones due to the use of make-up that labeled non-comedogenic. If your skin is considered very oily skin, you should first test the product on your skin before deciding to buy it.

Apples Prevent Blood Clotting

Posted by Hendra Wibowo on Sunday, June 10, 2012

benefits of apples
Eating an apple a day was able to reduce the risk of developing blood clots. Blood clotting is an early stage which can increase the risk of heart disease.

A team at Harvard Medical School have discovered a chemical, called a routine, an anti-clotting agent in the arteries and veins.

Routine can be found in apples, oranges, onions, black and green tea, which is expected to be an alternative treatment in the future to protect against heart attacks.

In that study, the researchers found that these chemicals helps to block harmful enzymes involved in the formation of blood clots. These enzymes - rotein disulfide isomerase (RDI) - is released very quickly when blood clots form in arteries and veins.

"Routine compounds proved to be the most potentially anti-blood clotting that we are testing. These findings suggest that the routine can treat and prevent this type of blood clots," said study leader Professor Robert Flaumenhaft.
