Watermelon For a Healthy Heart - Watermelon is one of the favorite fruit of many people. Tastes sweet and made fresh because it contains a lot of water. And watermelon is also one of the fruits that are beneficial to health, especially for heart health.

More About Soursop (Natural Cancer Cure) - As i discussed in the previous post, that soursop is useful as a natural cancer cure (see here). Today, i want to share a simple recipe that is often practiced by traditional Indonesian therapists in treating cancer patients.  

But before, it's good i have to say first a few facts about the wonders of this fruit for the health of our bodies. For centuries, the Indian tribes in the Amazon have been trusting and using bark, roots, leaves, fruit pulp, and seeds of the soursop as a herbal medicine. They believe that parts of the soursop tree can cure heart disease, asthma, impaired liver function (liver), and rheumatism. It is actually more or less the same as in Indonesia, many Indonesian traditional healers also often use parts of the soursop tree as medicine.

Results From Multiple Research

Anti-Cholesterol Foods and Fruits - Cholesterol is something that all people are trying to avoid it. To be healthy and beautiful is the dream of everyone. And cholesterol is something that can kill you, either slowly or quickly.

Actually, there are easy ways that you can use if you include a group of people who avoid the bad cholesterol in you. You only need to consume enough anti-cholesterol foods and fruits that commonly found in everyday life. You can replace bad fats with healthy fats. Eating a plant-based diet is a good step. This could increase the intake of vegetable protein and beneficial to lower cholesterol levels.


Anti-Cholesterol Food List

  1. Mushrooms. Rich in chromium, a mineral that helps break down fats into simpler compounds, ie fatty acids. This activity helps shrink the levels of bad fats (LDL), and increase levels of good fats (HDL). Another source of chromium is nuts, like walnuts, peanuts, cashews, and almonds.
